Rongai Route Highlights

The Rongai Route is the only route that appraoches Kilimanjaro from the north, near the Kenyan border.

It is one of Kilimanjaro’s easier routes, with the climb to the top being gradual and steady. This route passes through remote wilderness areas, and has a high chance of seeing wildlife from the first day.

We climb via Mawenzi Tarn Hut, continuing on to Uhuru Peak at 5898m.
