Not sure what training you should do for Kilimanjaro?

Every individual climber (or as a group if you prefer) gets an online consult with our team to help personalise your training program based on your individual circumstances.

This is provided free of charge for all climbers, and includes:

  • Review of your general fitness

  • Review of any medical conditions that may concern you

  • A simple, personalised plan of what to do on a weekly basis before your climb.

Important note: We are not medical professionals, and any advice provided is purely our opinion. If you are taking medication or have a particular condition of concern, we encourage you to discuss your climb with your GP or Primary Health provider before embarking.
